人参鳄鱼炖鸡 Ginseng, Crocodile & Chicken Soup


功能: 民间汤水。减轻久咳与哮喘。
Function: Tradition Chinese herbal soup for pers

Ingredients:

鳄鱼干 20g dried crocodile meat
人参 6g ginseng
鸡腿 1 chicken drumstick
杞子 3g qi zi
姜 1 slice ginger
盐 (少许)  salt (little)
清水 350 ml water

Steps:

(1)   将鳄鱼干剪成小片, 用温水泡2小时至软。Cut dried crocodile meat into pieces, and soak in warm water for 2 hours till soft.


(2)   鸡腿用滚水烫过,去油洗净。Blanch chicken drumstick in boiling water and clean well.

(3)   将所有材料放进炖盅里,慢火煮3小时。加盐调味。Combine all ingredients in a slow cooker, slow heat cook over for 3 hours.  Add salt.
